For this project, the architect drew inspiration from the specific data of the place: the quay of Leoosterdok, narrow and low. The rather compact building consists of three floors. An exhibition space occupies the level of Prins Hendrikkade. The upper floor houses offices and, at the bottom, at the water level, there is a versatile space for medium-sized meetings and conferences.
