Image description

Creator: Alan Villiers All hands haul the 'Triumph of Righteousness' ashore at Kwale Island. That was done by kedging, paying out an anchor closer and closer to the shore and pulling the ship in on a rising tide - an operation that took all night. First the vessel was rigged down, and the mainmast lowered and unshipped.
