The tenants of houses no. 2, 4, 6, 8 on Feldeggstrasse in Seefeldquartier in Zueirch are protesting against the demolition of their houses on July 1, 1971. “Until two weeks ago, however, English guest workers had to pay 150 francs rent for a room. Due to the housing shortage in the city of Zurich, the situation of the tenants thrown out is indeed more precarious. Banners with the inscription “today we tomorrow her”, “here raged Bindella's henchmen”, “The city, henchmen of speculators” were attached to the houses to express the protest.
