Two newborn babies  mysteriously snatched recently in two separate incidents from the Kuwait  City hospital were found by police, who arrested the alleged kidnapper and  her husband,after police worked on a tip that the woman tried to get birth  registration reports from the hospital for twins she claimed she had given  birth to, a top official said in remarks published on Wednesday. Tasneem and  a newborn Indian baby were taken from the Maternity Hospital in early  October and mid-September, respectively, where security measures have since  been tightened following the incidents.
