Ali Ismail Abbas smiles on May 14,2003, as he lays in his hospital room recovering from a U.S.missile attack that killed his whole family and burnt over 60 percent of his body, which also caused both his upper limbs to be amputated. His uncle, Mohammed Abed Hamza, said that they have read in newpapers about many people wanting to help them, but no-one has talked to them directly with any offers except a few companies in Kuwait that have offered some charity to them.
