Quality supervisor looks at the printing process of Gazeta Wyborcza, the biggest Polish daily newspaper. Gazeta Wyborcza which means "Election Newspaper" in Polish, Since it first appeared on May 8, 1989, has grown to around 200 pages in some editions, cornered a large chunk of the national advertising market and been the launch for forays into local radio and cable television ventures. Gazeta's roots are in the anti-communist underground, which kept the rebellious flame of Solidarity alive by printing illegal magazines during the years of martial law, imposed in 1981 to crush the Soviet bloc's first free trade union.
