Investigators search through the wreckage of a TAM airlines Fokker-100 plane after an explosion tore a hole in the fuselage during a routine flight enroute to Sao Paulo July 9. A passenger was sucked out and fell to his death following the blast at the rear of the plane and six others were treated for minor injuries. The incident comes eight months after another Fokker-100 TAM aircraft crashed upon takeoff, killing 98 people.
