President Kostunica began the search on Monday for a new government to replace the outgoing coalition which collapsed over the transfer of Slobodan Milosevic to the U.N. war crimes tribunal. Aiming to get a new government in place quickly and prevent the political crisis over Milosevic's handover from spiralling out of control, Kostunica began his consultations by meeting representatives of Serbia's ruling DOS reformist alliance.
