Munich, Bavaria, Germany A visitor looks at film posters from the times of the Weimar Republic, which were displayed at an exhibition hosted by the German Museum in Munich. The selection of exhibits was meant to answer purposes of antisemitic propaganda. On display were posters of movies such as 'Maedchenhandel' (directed by Jaab Speyer), 'Geschlecht in Fesseln' (directed by Wilhelm Dieterle), 'Alraune' (directed by Henrik Galeen), 'Geissel der Menschheit,' and 'Aus eines Mannes Mädchenjahren' (directed by Karl Grune).
