Berlin, Berlin/City State, Germany Reservists with baggage leave the barracks of the 1st Battalion of the 67th Infantry Regiment in Berlin-Spandau, soldiers bid goodbye to them. They are likely to be volunteers of earlier age classes, who voluntarily enlisted for 2 years around 1934. General conscription came into force only on 21.05. 1935. Since their 2 year period of service is over now, they are considered part of the reserve of the Wehrmacht.
