This is how the painter Walter Molino reconstructs the scene that took place at the Palace of Justice in Rome. In front of the investigating judge, Dr. Modigliani (sitting) and Dr. Felicetti, Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic, are Fenaroli (on the right) and Ghiani, who the first would have, it is assumed, in charge of kill the Martirano to collect the insurance premium. After all, the accountant Egidio Sacchi, administrator of the surveyor Fenaroli, the one who first named Ghiani as a suspected assassin. Illustration for Courier Sunday, 14 December 1958.
