A South Korean protester holds a placard during an anti-U.S. rally in front of U.S. army base in Seoul March 19, 2003. Protesters demanded on Wednesday the halt of a joint-military excercise between South Korea and U.S. and criticized U.S. troop's possible attack to North Korea.
