Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, standing on his car, waves back to jubilant supporters as he finishes a brief walk through a city park where thousands of Jews were celebrating a festival known as "Mimouna" April 29. Mimouna is a traditional feast day for Jews of Moroccan heritage and public parks are crowded with mainly Sephardic Jewish families enjoying open-air barbecues at the close of the Passover holiday. Netanyahu was surrounded with an extremely tight security ring and was not given any opportunity to speak with individuals or address the crowd.
