On a white background, red headline and below a table of contents, in black with red underlines, and a pencil drawing, representing the base of a skyscraper, drawn by William Lescaze and dated 25th December 1929; it refers to the PSFS Building in Philadelphia - Pennsylvania, USA -, a project the swiss-born American architect realized in partnership with his colleague George Howe in 1932; the drawing shows a prerelease version of the project, since the special shape of the base of the building, wider than the elevation, crossed by three continuous stripes of glass and featuring rounded corners, is slightly different and appears to be supported by thick and heavy columns not available in the final version.
