One of ten scenes on the outward side of the front drop down flap. On the left lie two figures on a bed of straw. A physician, clothed in a red cloak and hat sits on a chair beside them in the centre whilst another sits, head-on-hand in the shadows behind him. A figure approaches with a silver platter, in the centre, and another figure lies on the right, with his hands clasped in prayer. A town can be seen through the doorway in the distance.
