Crowded street, its sidewalk filled with boxes of oranges and cherries, baskets of vegetables, racks of clothing and other wares, as two shrivelled, elderly men (in the foreground) pause while a jet airplane passes noisily overhead, skimming building-tops on its way to the nearby Kai Tak Airfield, just a quarter of a mile away. One of them glances upwards with a rather irritated expression on his face, while the other shyly gazes towards the camera.
