Constantain Kaloyev, a cousin of Vitali Kaloyev talks to media on arrival at the supreme court Obergericht in Zurich, October 25, 2005. Kaloyev is accused of stabbing to death a 36-year old Sky Guide air traffic controller in February 2004, who was on duty during a mid-air collision in which Kalojev lost his wife and two children. Seventy-one people, 52 of them children, died in the crash of a charter flight from Moscow to Barcelona on June 2, 2002 due to a mistake by the Swiss Sky Guide air traffic control service.
