CINEMA MUTO Manifesto of the film “A Hero of the Big Snows”, starring the German sheepdog Rin Tin (September 1918 - August 10, 1932) together with human actors Alice Calhoun (November 21, 1900 - June 3 1966), Don Alvarado (José Paige, 4 November 1904 - 31 March 1967); is the eleventh film in which the famous dog-actor (out of 27 of his career) performs, for the subject and screenplay by Ewart Adamson ( 23 October 1882 - 28 November 1945) and directed by Herman C. Raymaker (22 January 1893 - 6 March 1944). In the illustration Rin-Tin-Tin, with his paw bandaged for the wound brought back in the trap from which the hunter Ed Nolan saved him, consoles the broken man because he cannot show his love to the beautiful Mary Mallory; the dog will help bring the two closer, and after ripping Mary's little sister at the attack of a wolf, she will face a snowstorm so that she can have the necessary care to save her from the consequences of the infected bite.
